The SHIFT program for mental health takes an integrative approach that complements traditional therapy by focusing on mindset shifts, healthy habits, self-accountability, and goal-setting. Participants attend weekly one-hour sessions immersing themselves in the 12 elements of integrated wellness. Beyond our weekly sessions, our dedicated team is On-Demand for our members. We are just a message away, ready to provide guidance, encouragement, and a listening ear during moments of challenge or uncertainty anytime of the day or night. 

By addressing all aspects of life, we empower our members to create a balanced and fulfilling lifestyle that supports their mental health.

Weekly Sessions with On-Demand Support:

Over the course of 13 weeks, participants in our SHIFT program attend weekly one-hour sessions, delving into the 12 elements of integrated wellness. These elements include Health, Physical Activity, Nutrition, Relationships, Social Life, Education, Career, Spirituality, Joy, Creativity, Home Environment, and Finances. Our program is designed to provide an integrative approach to mental health, promoting personal growth and a balanced lifestyle.

What sets SHIFT apart is our commitment to providing ongoing support beyond the scheduled sessions. Our dedicated coaches are available On-Demand via text and email, ensuring that participants always have access to us. By maintaining open communication and a strong sense of community, SHIFT empowers individuals dealing with anxiety and depression to take control of their mental wellness journey and embrace a brighter, healthier future.
